The vinegar is made from apple cider’s juice. This juice is mixed with yeast. When the fruit sugar in the juice mix with yeast, fermentation takes place converting the sugar to alcohol. The alcohol then becomes the acetic acid. This is why vinegar has a sour taste and strong smell.Acetic acid is classified as a weak acid though it have very strong properties.

To alleviate the ear infections, vinegar is a good option. Vinegar is toxic to the microorganisms that causes ear infection.When it comes into contact with them, it kill the germs thus alleviating the infections.It help to dry out the ear canal and prevent bacterial infection from developing.
Method of Application
Vinegar is applied in the following steps :
- Mix an equal amount of cider vinegar with water or alcohol
- Soak a cotton ball in the solution
- Put the cotton ball in the ear and leave it there for some minutes
- Put 3-4 drops of the vinegar in the ear opening.
Repeat this for several days until the pain and infection is over.
Drape a large towel around your shoulder to soak up the solution as it leaks out.
Precautions
While using vinegar to treat Ear infections you must observe some precautions as follows:
- Don’t use apple cinder when the infection is too deep in the ear canal
- Go for advanced treatment or prescribed antibiotics if the ear infection does not improve after a few days of vinegar treatment.
Vinegar should be used in small quantities. This is because too much use of vinegar is harmful. It can cause side effects such as digestion problems, skin burns, throat burns, bone loss and low potassium levels, erosion of tooth enamel among others.

Hola Sameh, estoy comenzando a incluir el vinagre de manzana en mi dieta diaria en ayunas 10ml a 15ml mezclados con agua para tratar de obtener los beneficios, tengo varios padecimientos entre otros un alto índice de grasa corporal así como colesterol alto, pero por la limitante del idioma no había leído sobre su uso y beneficios hasta ahora, estoy altamente motivada a continuar usándolo de la manera adecuada, no había tenido la precaución de lavar mis dientes después de tomarlo y ya comenzaba con problemas en la dentadura, ya que tengo algunas caries/amalgamas. Leyendo sobre los beneficios en el oído, tengo perdida de audición, aparentemente es un problema degenerativo, pero igual y pueda existir cerilla acumulada, el uso directo del vinagre pueda ayudar?, asímismo padezco de vértigo.
